Pro Home Cleaning Co. provides residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to:
- Standard Cleaning
- Deep Cleaning
- Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
- Post-Construction Cleaning
- Airbnb & Vacation Rental Cleaning
- Window Cleaning
- Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning
- Pressure Washing
- Other cleaning services as requested
Service availability may vary depending on location and scheduling.
3. Estimates & Pricing
All estimates are based on the information provided by the customer.
Final pricing may be adjusted if:
- The property's condition differs significantly from the information provided.
- Additional rooms or services are requested.
- Excessive buildup, pet hair, biohazards, mold, or other unforeseen conditions require additional labor.
Customers will always be informed before any additional charges are applied.
4. Scheduling & Appointments
Appointments are reserved upon confirmation.
While we strive to arrive on time, arrival times may vary due to traffic, weather, or previous appointments. We appreciate your understanding.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in refusal of future service.
6. Access to Property
Customers are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property.
If our team cannot access the property at the scheduled appointment time, a lockout or trip fee may apply.
7. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
We accept approved payment methods including:
- Credit/Debit Cards
- Zelle
- Venmo
- Cash
- Other approved payment methods
Returned payments or unpaid invoices may be subject to additional fees.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee
Customer satisfaction is important to us.
If you are not satisfied with your cleaning service, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment.
We may, at our discretion, return to address reasonable cleaning-related concerns at no additional charge.
Our satisfaction guarantee does not include:
- Normal wear and tear
- Permanent stains
- Damage existing prior to service
- Areas not included in the original scope of work
9. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Secure valuable or fragile items before service.
- Inform us of any hazards or special instructions.
- Ensure utilities such as water and electricity are available during service.
10. Limitation of Liability
Pro Home Cleaning Co. exercises reasonable care while performing services.
However, we are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage
- Normal wear and tear
- Manufacturer defects
- Improper installation of fixtures or furnishings
- Damage resulting from undisclosed hazards
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service provided.
11. Personal Property
Customers are encouraged to secure cash, jewelry, firearms, collectibles, confidential documents, and other valuables prior to service.
Pro Home Cleaning Co. is not responsible for items that are misplaced, unsecured, or not reported immediately.
